Characteristics:
The symbol of the Bratislava district Rusovce is a manor built in the year 1840 on the site of former manor that stood there in the early 16th century. The manor is characterized by its Victorian design. Its facade is embellished by turrets, battlements, and a central terasse. The manor was in the year 1951 granted to the Slovak Folk Art Ensemble (SLUK). The whole complex with its large park serves nowadays to the needs of the Government Office of the Slovak Republic and is for visitors not accessible.
